Adrian Szramowski

I worked as IT/Broker Support at a white-label trading platform. I've been on calls when systems break during live trading sessions, tracked down commission calculation errors, and managed the chaos of manual process failures under pressure.

Before that, I was Head of Development at Match2Pay, a crypto payment processor. I built systems for blockchain confirmations, reporting, and fraud detection. I learned that operations either run smoothly or destroy your business. There's no middle ground.

Every company had the same problem: they could grow revenue, but operations couldn't keep up. Teams drowned in repetitive work. Mistakes piled up. Scaling meant hiring more people for more manual tasks.
